Why bad jammers need to be reported

Hello jammers again:) The bad jammers need to be reported for: Bad words, Scamming and Lies! One jammer lies one other and say i know code for Arctic Wolf.But why he is not Arctic Wolf and non member!:(  I know all who play the game want to be in:( But for cry they need to be reported and out to the game! They need to make new accounts with good representations:) :(
